According to the artist, this work is a “sculptural ensemble made up of three pieces at human scale which represent the plurality of the collective that has suffered terrorism and violence in its diverse nature. Those victims, represented with hardly any emblems in a minimum form, share a desire for justice and recognition, and in the pieces that opening at eye-height shows that gaze which confronts and is found. Those gazes and those openings communicate the inner experience of the victims and the outside, that public space and Basque society.” The installation of this sculpture responds to a majority agreement adopted by the General Assembly of Gipuzkoa in June 2006. The work was unveiled on 2nd April 2008.
